Bathua Ke Jhor
Bathua Ke Jhor is a traditional Bihari Dish which made using from fresh bathua saag, mad, oil, salt, dried red chilli, green chilli, ginger, garlic, tejpatta, cumin seeds and ajwain. These recipe is extremely simple, easy to make and taste amazing and more beneficial to our body in winter. #TOF

Heat kadhai add some water, and add washed chopped bathua saag, salt, chopped ginger, chopped garlic and chopped green chilli.

Let it boil, then turn medium flame and cook for 7-8 mins and turn off the flame.

Let it cool completely bathua saag, avoid of extra water. Then grind into paste. Now heat a same kadhai, add oil, then add tejpatta, cumin seeds, hing, ajwain and one dried red chilli broken and saute for few seconds until they turn aromatic.

Now the add ground bathua saag and stir well and cook for 5 mins.

Now add rice mixing with cup of water.

Cook for another 8-10 mins on low to medium flame until nicely cooked and thicken texture. Then add ghee.

Coo for another 1 min, then turn off the flame.
