Horlicks Mysore pak
Steps

Take a bowl add chickpea flour and horlicks mix well. Then add one and half cups ghee mix well without lumps. keep it aside.

Keep a non-stick deep pan on medium heat. Add sugar and water,let it boil till the sugar melt completely. Then add the chickpea flour, horlicks ghee mix and continuous stirring.

The becomes bubbling,add slowly ghee and mix well.

One stage more bubbles starts add all ghee and give a nice mix. The mysore pak mix starts learning the edges remove from flame.

Pour the mix into the creased pan. Level it with spatula. Let it cool for five minutes.

Then cut it into uniform size rectangle piece of mysore pak.

Enjoy the tasty Horlicks mysore pak.
