In a bowl,take the kuttu atta and boiled potatoes, sendha namak and cumin powder.Mix water little by little to make a stiff but soft dough.Make sure the dough is so stii, otherwise the Puri will be dough.Cover the dough with a damp cloth or plastic sheet and have it for 5minutes.

Cut small pieces of lychee from the dough.Roll the lychee pieces into small round puris using a lightly oiled rolling pin.Donot make them too thin. You keep them a little tricky that oil in a pan.When the oil is hot, carefully drop the puris into the oil.When the puris puff up and turn golden brown,flip them over and fry both sides.

Place on kitchen paper to drain the oil kuttu atta puri serve with chilli sauce.
