Holiday Churro Crack

This dangerously delicious holiday treat is everything you love about a churro—crispy, buttery, and coated in cinnamon sugar—with an irresistible twist. Crisp saltine crackers are layered with rich melted butter and brown sugar, baked until bubbly and caramelized, then topped with a smooth layer of melted chocolate that hardens into the perfect snap. Finished with a generous dusting of cinnamon and sugar, each bite is sweet, salty, crunchy, and completely addictive. One piece is never enough—consider yourself warned. 🎄✨

Steps
- 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 10×15-inch baking sheet with parchment pap
- 2
Place the 35-40 saltine crackers evenly on the prepared pan. The crackers should be touching each other and placed in even rows.
- 3
In a saucepan over medium-high heat, melt 1 cup butter and 1 cup brown sugar. Whisk together and allow the mixture to boil for a few minutes.
- 4
Pour the brown sugar mixture over the crackers. Spread out the mixture and bake in the oven for 4 minutes.
- 5
While the crackers are in the oven, stir 1/4 cup granulated sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside.
- 6
Remove the pan from the oven and immediately sprinkle 2 cups white chocolate chips & 1/2 cup chocolate chips on top. Allow the chocolate to sit and melt.
- 7
Spread the chocolate over the crackers using a knife or an offset spatula then sprinkle with the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
- 8
Allow the chocolate to harden before serving. Sometimes I place it in the fridge to speed up the process! Cut into pieces and serve.
