  1. 500 mlmilk
  2. 2 tbspbasil seeds
  3. 50 gsugar
  4. 1 tspvanilla essence

Steps

15 mins (Prep: 10 mins, Chill: 5 mins)
  1. 1

    Soak basil seeds in water for 5 mins until swollen.

  2. 2

    Heat milk with sugar and vanilla, cool slightly.

  3. 3

    Mix in basil seeds, chill and serve.

Tips

Stir occasionally while chilling to prevent seeds from settling.
