Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsgreen chillies
  2. 1 tablespooncumin seeds
  3. 1 tablespooncoriander seeds
  4. 1/2 tablespoonmustard
  5. 1/4 tablespoonmethi dana
  6. 2 tablespoonYellow mustard crush
  7. 3 tablespoonsalt
  8. 1/2 cupoil
  9. 1lemon juice

30 minutes
  1. 1

    First wash,dry green chillies and remove stem now cut the green chillies into small pieces.

    Now dry roast all dry masale for only 2 to 3 minutes and remove to a plate

    Now transfer it to a mixer jar and grind.

    Take a kadai and heat oil,add dry masale powder, salt,turmeric powder and saute it well.

    Now add green chilli and mix well and saute it for 3 to 4 minutes,now turn off the flame and add lemon juice,pickle is ready.
