In a big mixing bowl take 1 cup oats,add 1/2 cup sattu,2 tablespoon semolina,1/2 curd and mix well.

Then add water,mix well and keep aside for 15 minutes.

Now take garlic cloves and green chillies and make a paste.

Now add onion,tomato, carrot, cumin,fenugreek leaves, spinach leaves, fresh coriander leaves garlic green chilli paste,mix well

Heat a nonstick tawa, put some oil and spread the chilla batter. Cook from one side, flip once done from one side. Serve with your favorite chutney.
