Paneer Cake is very delicious, melt in mouth and yummy cake recipe. It's easier to prepare at home. I made today with the only few simple available ingredients at home. The taste is amazing and unique. Perfect for any certification feast ✨ #NINE

In a bowl, add fresh paneer, sugar, semolina and mix very well. Rest for 15 - 20 mins.

If feels mixture is very dry, add 2 tbsp milk, melted ghee, cardamom powder, cashew nuts and kismis and mix well.

When the process making cake,in middle heat the kadhai add 1/2 kg salt on medium flame for 5-7 mins

Pour the batter into greased cake pan and tap. Bake for 50 mins until the top change the colour and turn golden. And when a skewers inserted into the cake comes out clean.

Cool completely, transfer in beautiful plate. Garnish with sugar powder from sieve. sprinkle chopped cashew nuts and almonds. Delicious And Unique Chhena Cake is ready 🥰❤️
Tips
Always used fresh paneer.
Rest for 15 mins atleast to make better results.
