Collect the fresh baby brinjals and pick out the small size brinjals for curry. Wash with water and give a cut in middle. Transfer to the mud pot.

Keep the pot in low flame add oil and saute the brinjals till it becomes half cooked. Keep another pot on meheat and add oil, mustard seeds, Fenugreek seeds, curry leaves and onion saute for few minutes.Then add the chopped tomatoes and saute till it becomes soft.

Then add turmeric powder,red chilli powder, coriander powder and curry powder, mix well.

Meanwhile grind the coconut spicy masala add into the tomato mix.Saute and add little water.

Let it cook for a minute. Add the brinjals. Give a nice mix.

Add the tamarind juice and salt.Mix well and cook for five minutes.

Once oil comes upon the curry. Switch off the flame. Brinjal curry is ready to serve.Transfer to a serving bowl.
