Ingredients

6-8 servings
  • 2 tablespoonsFile
  • 1 poundground sirloin
  • 1/2 poundsausage
  • 1small onion
  • 1 tablespoonyellow rice spices I used Vigo brand
  • 1 teaspoonPink Himalayan salt
  • 1 teaspoonground black pepper
  • 15 ouncecan beef broth
  • 1 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  • 8 ouncescubed Colby jack cheese
  • 1/2 cupgram flour / chickpea flour
  • 1 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  • 1/2 cupdiced mushrooms

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown the sausage and ground sirloin add salt, pepper, and yellow rice seasonings. Add mushroom and onions.

    Make a crater in the center and add parmesan cheese. Stir well adding all the remaining ingredients.

    Cook till thickened up.
