Prepare the stuffing
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan
Add mashed potatoes, peas, turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt. Mix well and cook 2–3 mins. Add coriander Leaves and let it Cool - 2
Stuff the chillies
Slit chillies lengthwise on one side without cutting through, stuff with potato mixture,

Batter
In a bowl, mix besan, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, baking soda.
Add water, make a thick, smooth batter. - 4
Fry
Heat oil in a kadhai.Dip stuffed chillies in besan batter.Fry till golden brown and crisp.
Tips
You can add onion, ginger, garlic in stuffing
