Ingredients

  1. 3 bagsBoil-in-bag rice
  2. 1, diced Onion
  3. 2cloves, crushed Garlic
  4. 30 gButter
  5. 2 tbsp(adjust to taste) Cajun spice
  6. 750g, diced Chicken breast
  7. 450 mlchicken stock
  8. 50 gGrated cheese (optional)
  9. 1/2 tspSalt
  10. 1/2 tspPepper
  11. 1 tbspGarlic granules

Steps

    Cook rice according to package instructions.

  2. 2

    Sauté onion and garlic in 15g butter in a hot pan. Add 1 tbsp Cajun spice.

  3. 3

    Add cooked rice and chicken stock, stir well, and set aside.

  4. 4

    In another pan, cook diced chicken with 1 tbsp Cajun spice, garlic granules salt and pepper until done.

  5. 5

    Remove chicken and add to rice mix.

  6. 6

    Serve with cheese (optional)

Tips

Adjust the amount of Cajun spice to your preferred heat level.
