My First Dish for the New Year 2026 🎉started with Simple and Delicious Meal 🥘 which includes all the nutrients and taste very good and made in just 6minutes 😋
Steps

Take the Khichdi ingredients wash and soak for about 10 minutes prior cooking
- 2
Chopped the Vegetables of your choice into small cubes
- 3
Now Switch on the Instant Pot at Saute Mode and pour Oil,Crackle Asafoetida and Cumin Seeds and saute the Veggies

Add all the spices and Ginger Garlic paste

Next Pour the Soaked Khichdi and add 4 cup of water to them and mix well

Put the Program to Pressure Cooker Mode for 6 minutes and close the lid
- 7
Once the Khichdi is done add Ghee over them and serve them hot,garnish some Coriander leaves

Enjoy your yummy Khichdi with Curd or Raita or Masala Buttermilk (Chaas)😋
Tips
Add Garam Masala for additional flavour 🥰
