Mix the flours, cocoa powder, and baking powder in a bowl.

Add the egg, oil, orange juice, dates, and wine.

Knead until you have a smooth dough.

Shape the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and cover with melted chocolate.

Decorate with almond flour and cinnamon.

Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving. Store in a cookie tin for up to 1 week to keep them fresh and fragrant.
