Prepare all ingredients: Peel and devein the shrimp, then chop them. Remove corn kernels from the cob. Mix all ingredients and seasonings together. Place a dumpling wrapper on a mold, add the pork and shrimp filling.

Press the mold to shape the dumpling. If you don't have a mold, you can shape them by hand in various styles.

Pan-fry the dumplings until golden on all sides. Serve with chili sauce and mayonnaise.
