Mix the ground beef with salt, oats, grated cheese, garlic, nutmeg, black pepper, and paprika.

Spread the mixture on plastic wrap, forming a rectangle.

Layer the bacon, cheese, olives, grated carrot, and whole hard-boiled eggs on top.

Roll it up tightly using the plastic wrap.

Set the roll aside and remove the plastic wrap.

Roll out the pastry dough and place the meat roll on top. Wrap it up, leaving the ends open.

Brush with beaten egg, then sprinkle with light brown sugar and sesame seeds.

Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 30-40 minutes, until golden brown.

Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
