Dashmi -- Milk Based Flatbread With Sweet Elaichi Kela & Sev Raita

Dashmi --- a Gujarati masala flatbread .
The dough is made with malai (fresh cream) & milk & rolled into slightly thick chapati , more like bhakri & cooked using very little oil . The usual masalas are only used & very quick to prepare . Nothing elaborate . It is a very soft flatbread which can be eaten with pickles, curds , warm milk or raita.
This is my go to recipe, when I feel a bit off mood or am busy with some other work or had a long day , I usually wipe up this dish & enjoy it with a bowl of fresh curds or pickles. It is very healthy & filling too.
