Heat oil in a pan. Fry onion, peanuts, and dry coconut until golden.

Add tomato and cook until soft.

Add coriander leaves, garam masala, chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add drumsticks and water. Cover and cook until drumsticks are tender.

Serve hot, garnished with extra coriander leaves.
Tips
For extra flavor, you can roast the peanuts and dry coconut before adding them to the curry.
Boil drumstick for seven minutes in salted water.
