Brad's lobster roll with fried pacific oysters

Get a large pot of water heating on the stove. Salt the water until it tastes like sea water. Bring to a rolling boil. Add lobster tails and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. When done, remove to a plate and let cool.

Meanwhile get a deep fryer pre heating. Bread your oysters by dipping in the flour mix, then coat with beaten egg, then back in the flour mix. Shake off excess and let rest on a plate until frying. When oil is ready fry for 4 to 5 minutes. Until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

When lobster can be handled, remove shell and fecal tract. Chop into pieces and add to a mixing bowl. Add mayo, onion, garlic, bacon, avocado, lemon juice, cheese, and seasoning. Mix well.

Split hoagie rolls, toast if desired. Add lobster roll mix and top with fried oysters. Serve immediately, enjoy.
