Cleaned out the fridge with this dish and the whole family fought over it!

Wash the green beans, dice them, and stir-fry briefly until cooked.

Cook the Chinese sausage by frying or steaming, then dice it.

Add a little cooking oil to a pan, add the cold rice, and stir. Crack the egg into the pan and quickly stir to mix the egg evenly with the rice. Season with the seasoning powder and soy sauce.

Add the green beans and Chinese sausage to the pan, mix well, then turn off the heat. Drizzle with sesame oil and toss to combine for extra flavor.
