Heat a pan on low-medium flame. Dry roast black sesame seeds for about 2 minutes. Remove from pan and allow them to cool completely.

In the same pan, dry roast almonds and cashews on low flame for about 2 minutes.

Switch off the flame. Add the dry rose petals and give a quick mix.

Remove everything from the pan and allow it to cool completely.

In a blender add the roasted black sesame seeds, almonds, cashews, dry rose petals, jaggery powder and ghee.

Pulse the mixture (do not over-grind) into a coarse texture.

Transfer the mixture to a clean dry plate.

Take small portions and press firmly to shape into ladoos of your desired size.

Store in an airtight container.
