In a bowl add the potatoes and mash.

Add all the powdered and whole spices, cilantro and green onion, and corn starch. Knead very well.

With greased hands, make mini patties.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the mini patties till golden from both sides.

Serve with chutney or make mini sandwiches.
