Bottle gourd,peanut bhaji

This is traditional recipe of my mother which is prepare at villages.
Steps

Take all ingrediant, soak peanuts for 2/3 hours.Cut bottle gourd into small pieaces like below

Take small cooker or pan pour oil in it after heated add muster seeds after they cracks add cumin seeds curry leaves, asafoetida and then add red chilli powder, goda masala,termaric powder stir it add cut bottle gourd peanut in it and stir it for five minutes.

Then add grated coconut and cut coriander leaves stir it and then add 1/2 cup of water in it.Keeping lid on it cook or in cooker take 3 whistle.Bottle gourd, peanut bhaji is ready.

Garnished with grated coconut and cut coriander leaves and served it with dal rice or chapati, bhakari.
