Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 4. Put all the ingredients in one's Tefal Food Processor etc. and then blitz blend

Grease soft butter in the cavities of your Muffin Baking Tin and then dust Plain Flour on the deep greased holes and then add your homemade raw Muffin cake batter - equal amounts in each hole and then bake in the Gas Oven for between 30 - 35 minutes, in a Electric Oven it might only take 20 minutes. Just use the back end of a metal teaspoon and if theirs no wet cake batter mix on it - then they are done

Leave to stand in the Muffin Baking Tin for 10 minutes and then transfer the cooked Muffins to a Cake Cooling Rack and then allow them to go completely cold. Might have to store them in a solid Plastic Container with its solid Plastic Lid
