Marinate the ground pork with onion, garlic, pepper, fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Form into flat patties and grill.

Soak the carrot and kohlrabi in vinegar and sugar until they are sweet and sour.

Mix fish sauce with water and sugar, bring to a boil, and season to taste.

Place the rice noodles in a bowl, add lettuce, pickled carrot and kohlrabi, grilled pork patties, and pour the fish sauce mixture over!
