Goat meat is very nutritious and soft when cooked well. In Kenya we eat goat during different occasions especially during festivities.
Steps

Chop the goat meat into preferred pieces and wash. Then chop the capsicums,tomatoes and onion and put aside.

Deep fry the goat meat then drain the excess oil. add the onions and stir and let it heat for a few minutes then add the tomatoes and all capsicums and stir.

Cover and let it cook for 20 minutes then add salt and stir again. Leave it over heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and serve with Ugali

You can garnish with dhania leaf and tomato
