Parmesan-Crusted White Fish C&G

Chop the dill and remove the skin from the fish, then cut into fillets. This is the main prep work.

Gather the rest of your ingredients.

In a bowl, mix the grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and dill. Reduce the salt if using salted or previously salted cod.

Brush or rub the fillets on both sides with a little olive oil to help the crust mixture stick.

Carefully coat each fillet in the crust mixture, pressing gently so it sticks to the fish.

Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle a few drops of olive oil over the top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C, convection) for 15–20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets, until golden and crispy.
