Boil 2c cranberry juice in a saucepan over medium flame, add cranberries, let them soften, 4-5 minutes

Take 1/2 cup of the juice in a bowl. Sprinkle 2tbsp gelatin powder on the top. Let it bloom. about a minute or two. Add this to the Stir in honey or sugar, whisk to dissolve. 3-4 minutes. Turn of the stove. Let it stand at room temperature to cool. Pour into the mould

Then place the mould covered in refrigerator. It may take 3-4 hours for the gelatin,jello to set. Right before serving unmold. trick for smooth unmoulding, Keep the mould in a bigger bowl or shallow tray, Pour hot water in the bowl or tray so that 3/4 of the mold is in the hot water. After a minute or two place a plate on the top of the mold and invert it. Gelatin fall on the plate smoothly

Serve chilled. You may slice them and top curd with the slices. Serve them with ice cream; tastes divine
