Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 60 mlEspresso
  2. 200 mlSparkling water (sodafresh)
  3. 6 piecesIce cubes

Steps

  1. 1

    Fill each glass with 3 ice cubes.

  2. 2

    Pour 100ml soda water into each glass.

    Slowly pour 30ml espresso over the soda in each glass.

  4. 4

    Serve immediately and enjoy the layered look.

Tips
