Blend until smooth, adding water as needed for consistency.

Taste and adjust salt blacksalt cumin powder or lemon juice.

Serve chilled, garnished with a mint. Serve chutney with pakoda and fritters.
Tips
For a spicier chutney, add more green chilies or a pinch of black pepper.
U can add garlic .self life in fridge for 5 days.
