  3. 1 pieceGreen chili
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1 tbspLemon juice
  6. 1/2 tspBlack Salt
  7. 2 tspraw mango hing pickle
  8. 1 tspcurd
  9. 1 tsproasted chana
  10. 2 tbspWater
  11. 1small piece ginger
  12. 1/4 tspCumin powder

    Wash mint and coriander leaves thoroughly.

    Add all ingredients to a blender.

    Blend until smooth, adding water as needed for consistency.

    Taste and adjust salt blacksalt cumin powder or lemon juice.

    Serve chilled, garnished with a mint. Serve chutney with pakoda and fritters.

Tips

For a spicier chutney, add more green chilies or a pinch of black pepper.
U can add garlic .self life in fridge for 5 days.
