  1. 1कप सिवैयां
  2. 2कप पानी
  3. 1छोटा प्याज़ बारीक कटा प्याज़
  4. 1छोटा टमाटर बारीक कटा
  5. 2–3 हरी मिर्च बारीक कटा
  6. 1बड़ा चम्मच मूंगफली
  7. 1/2छोटा चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर
  8. 1छोटा चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर
  9. 1/2नींबू का रस या स्वाद के अनुसार
  10. 1चम्मच नमक या स्वादानुसार

    सबसे पहले सिवैययों को कढ़ाई में ड्राई रोस्ट कर लें, फिर मूंगफली को और दोनों को अलग रखें। प्याज़, टमाटर, हरी मिर्च और हरा धनिया काट कर रखें।

    अब उसी कढ़ाई में तेल गर्म करें। राई डाल कर चटका लें। हरी मिर्च,डालें और हल्का भून लें। करी पत्ते डाल दें और प्याज़ डाल कर भूनें।

    प्याज़ पारदर्शी हो जाए तो मूंगफली डाल कर थोड़ा भूनें। फिर टमाटर, हल्दी, नमक सब डाल कर अच्छे से मिलाएं। टमाटर गल जाए तो रोस्टेड सिवैयां डाल कर मीडियम आंच पर अच्छे से मिलाते हुए भून लें।

    अब सिवैय्यों को पकाएंगे। इसके लिए 2 या 2+1/4 कप पानी डालें। पानी उबल जाए तो आंच कम कर दें, गरम मसाला और लाल मिर्च पाउडर डाल कर ढंक कर सिवैयां गलने तक पकाएं।

    पानी सूख जाए, सिवैयां गल जाए तो एक बार अच्छे से मिला लें। नमक, मिर्च स्वाद के हिसाब से एडजस्ट कर लें और गरमा गरम सर्व करें।
