Ghasiyo is a sweet, my mother used to make for us kids every now and then and we lover it. Sharing the same recipe here.
Steps

Mix wheat flour with 2 tablespoons ghee and milk to form a crumbly dough. Rest for 10–15 minutes.

Sieve the mixture to get fine crumbs.

Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a pan on low heat. Roast the flour mixture until golden brown and aromatic.

Remove roasted flour from the pan.

In the same pan, add 2 tablespoons ghee and melt the jaggery on low heat. Turn off the heat once melted.

Add roasted flour to the melted jaggery. Mix well.

Add cardamom and nutmeg. Mix thoroughly.

Serve warm or at room temperature and enjoy ✨
Tips
Ghasiyu can be enjoyed with yogurt or can be spiced up with red chili powder and salt for a savory twist. It stays fresh for several days.
