In a bowl take mayonnaise and all vegetables and mix together. Mashed the paneer with hands. Add cumin powder,chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt and coriander powder in besan and mix all together.

Gradually add water and make a pouring consistency batter.cover and keep aside for 5 minutes. Add mashed paneer in veggies bowl,add pepper powder and little salt mix all well.

In a pan pour one full ladle of batter and spread evenly. Spread 1 tsp oil all around,cook for 1 minute on low flame. Add paneer and veggies mixture on top on the chila. spread gently and cook for again 45-50 seconds flip it and cook for 30 seconds.

Serve with ketchup.
