Steps

Fry the onions until soft, adding 1tsp salt and 1tsp honey.

Add the turkey mince, 1tsp garlic granules, 1tsp onion granules, 1tsp dried basil, and salt and pepper to taste. Fry until a small amount of moisture is left.

Add the chopped tomatoes, and fry for a few minutes.

Add the beef stock pot, 150ml boiling water, 1tsp garlic granules, 1tsp onion granules, 1tsp dried basil, and 2tsp honey.

Cover and simmer on heat 7 for 30 minutes.

Chop and mix in the fresh tomato 5 minutes before serving.

Serve with pasta!
Tips
Add a splash of apple cider vinegar and red wine vinegar before leaving to simmer!
