Sieve thick poha properly. Heat oil in a Kadai. Fry poha on high flame.

Fried poha becomes fluffy and soft. Remove fried poha from the Kadai.

Fry peanuts and cashews until golden brown.

Fry curry leaves and chopped green chili until crisp.
- 5
Add salt as required & turmeric powder. Sprinkle poppy seeds. Mix it well.

Add sugar powder and clove powder. Mix it properly.

Add red chili powder. Mix poha chivda.
- 8
Enjoy homemade poha chivda as a evening snacks with tea or coffee.
