Sieve thick poha properly. Heat oil in a Kadai. Fry poha on high flame till it becomes crunchy. ThenMake flame medium. When you add poha make high flame so poha becomes complete fluffy.

Fried poha becomes fluffy and soft. Remove fried poha from the Kadai.

First add peanut Fry for 1 minutes and then add cashew and Fry for 1 minutes, nuts becomes golden brown.

Fry curry leaves and chopped green chilli until crisp.

Add salt as required & turmeric powder. Sprinkle poppy seeds. Mix it well.

Add sugar powder and clove powder. Mix it properly.

Add red chilli powder. Mix poha chivda.

Enjoy homemade poha chivda as a evening snacks with tea or coffee.

You can store fried thick poha chivda in a air tight container for 1 week.
