Add honey, cocoa powder, almond flour, protein powder (if using) and salt and mix until thick and smooth.

Transfer into a bowl and then leave in the fridge until it firms up and then roll into balls.

Roll the balls into the desiccated coconut or dip them in melted chocolate and put back into the fridge to set.
