Ingredients

15 minutes
16 servings
  • 226 gcottage cheese
  • 2 tbspHoney
  • 1 tbspcocoa powder
  • 168 galmond flour (sub for blended granola or muesli)
  • 1/4 cupprotein powder if using (if not, add extra flour)
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 cupdesiccated coconut or melted chocolate

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Blend the cottage cheese until smooth.

  2. 2

    Add honey, cocoa powder, almond flour, protein powder (if using) and salt and mix until thick and smooth.

  3. 3

    Transfer into a bowl and then leave in the fridge until it firms up and then roll into balls.

  4. 4

    Roll the balls into the desiccated coconut or dip them in melted chocolate and put back into the fridge to set.
