1/3 cSoy sauce
1/4 cToasted sesame oil
1 tbspCornstarch
Optional
Brown sugar (or maple or agave syrup)
DashVegetable or chicken broth
garlic
ginger
Red pepper flakes

Combine ingredients in a jar, shake well and refrigerate.

Once your stir fry is mostly cooked, add the sauce and heat for an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients.
