Chop onion green chili and coriander finely to this add curd and all the dry atta,ginger and ajwain and jeera powder and salt and knead well.

Make a firm dough add water as much required and roll like roti and cook on both sides. Apply ghee on both side eat it when warm or it becomes brittle. Serve with curds
