Brown Fantasy

This cookie is inspired from the kids all time favourite 'Dark Fantasy'. I renamed it to Brown Fantasy as my cookies were brown in colour and i had filled it with milk chocolate. If you use brown sugar and dark chocolate, the cookies will turn dark in colour.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Sieve maida, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder for about 3 times. This is done to remove any lumps and to mix all the ingredients properly.
- 2
In a bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add milk and vanilla essence to it. Beat well. Now add the sieved dry ingredients into this.
- 3
Mix well using a wooden spoon. If you think that the mixture is little sticky to your hands, keep it in the fridge for some time.
- 4
Pre heat the oven in convection mode at 190 degree Celsius. Take small portion of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Make a small depression in the middle and place a chocolate chunk.
- 5
Cover it and roll it into a ball again, flatten a bit and place it on the baking tray lined with baking paper. Do the same procedure with the rest of the mixture.
- 6
Place the baking tray in the pre heated oven and bake it for 15 - 20 minutes. When you touch the cookies, it will be soft, not to worry. Take off from the oven and let it cool.
- 7
Once cooled a bit, transfer them on to a wire rack and let them cool down completely.
- 8
Serve it and store the rest for later use if anything is left :)

Truffle Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies Truffle Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies
Super rich and decadent cookie!Inspired by https://kirbiecravings.com/truffle-stuffed-chocolate-chip-cookies/I used Lindt - double chocolate truffles and 70% cocoa trufflesNotes- the double chocolate truffles needs extra batter because it leaked quite easily- the 70% cocoa worked out perfectly- make sure that you have enough batter or else when the truffle melts, it will leak through the bottom- I also chill the dough for an hour before using it- you can also use dark chocolate chips, but the truffles are pretty sweet themselves WH Chan -
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Inspired by https://www.thekitchenmagpie.com/thick-chewy-peanut-butter-chocolate-chip-cookies/ with substitutes and reductionsThe original recipe calls for 120g of peanut butter, but I used 147g because I had extra and it turned out great. I like using chunky peanut butter for an extra nutty crunch.I find that using small chocolate chips is better for folding so I used a mixture of normal dark chocolate chips and mini chocolate chips (Laura Secord chocolate chips)I used a small ice cream scoop to help keep the dome shape of the cookie. Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies
American cookies are soft and delicious, but I do not like the one in stores because they don't look completely baked. In the American recipe, the sugar is double the amount (they also used granulated sugar), but it's sweet and delicious enough in this recipe.By using baking soda and brown sugar, it becomes an American type texture. Do not knead the mixture after adding flour. If you don't want to melt the chocolate, then push the center before baking. In that case, indent the center as in step 4. For 20 cookies.
