Line shallow rectangular tray with baking paper. Layer Morning Coffee Biscuits over base of a tray to form base of slice. Make sure the biscuits are upside down, i.e. smooth side up.

Melt the Condensed Milk and Golden Syrup on stove top for 15 minutes, stirring all the time until the mixture thickens.

Also melt all (1 cup) of the Copha in a separate saucepan. Once the Caramel mixture has thickened, slowly add the 1/2 cup of Copha, only gradually pouring it in and folding the caramel over onto itself until it becomes spreadable.

Spread over the base of biscuits.

Put another layer of biscuits on top.

Add 3/4 cup of drinking chocolate to the other 1/2 cup of melted copha. Allow it to cool slightly (must not be too hot). Pour over the top layer of biscuits.

Put in fridge to cool overnight, slice once cool.
