Yummy mushrooms flavoured with dried methi (fenugreek) leaves and garlic!
Steps

Wash the mushrooms and cut them each into two or three pieces.

Heat oil in a pan and put in the kasuri methi when hot. Fry it till it is light brown. Then add chopped garlic and onions and saute till onions are translucent.

Add mushrooms and the masala powders and fry till all the water in the mushroom becomes dry.

Lastly, add the milk and let the mushrooms cook in it till it becomes thick. You can even avoid the milk, if you prefer the mushrooms dry fried.

You can even use fresh cream instead of milk. I use milk to reduce the fat :D Serve hot.
