Add ingredients in group 1 into a large salad bowl. Mix well. Add ingredients in group 2. Toss well and refregerate until ready to serve.

You can store this in a tight container upto one week. Feel free to add choice of other vegetables like rappini, hearts of artichokes, cappers pickled cauliflower etc.
