Place finely sliced fresh coconut, garlic, red chillies, tamarind and salt in a mixie jar and blend. Take out into a bowl.

For the seasoning, heat oil, add ural dal. When slightly brown add cumin and mustard seeds. When they splutter, add turmeric powder and curry leaves. Stir and add on top of the chutney.

Ready to serve with the instant crispy dosas!
