Spicy & Delicious Celery Namul

I made zucchini namul and it came out so delicious, so I used the same recipe for bitter gourd and celery. They're all really good.

This namul is stir-fried with sesame oil.
If you touch the hot green pepper with your bare hands, it may burn you. Some of you may be alright, but I strongly recommend wear gloves.
Don't touch your eyes after working with the pepper. Recipe by Mekamahao

Ingredients

  1. 1 stalkCelery
  2. 1/2Garlic
  3. 1Hot green chili
  4. 1Salt and pepper
  5. 2 tbspSesame oil (for stir frying)
  6. 1 tspBeef dashida

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the celery and thinly slice into 5 mm. You don't need to pull off the fibers. Don't use the leaves.

    Mince the garlic and hot green pepper. I recommend you use gloves when handling the hot pepper since touching it with your bare hands might burn you.

    Add sesame oil and garlic to a frying pan. Add the hot green pepper and saute on low heat. It will become bitter if it burns, so be careful.

    When it becomes fragrant, add the celery and stir-fry on medium heat.

    Once the oil entwines and the celery becomes transparent, season with salt, pepper, and beef dashida. Then it's done!

    It's delicious both warm and cooled!
