Prawn with Cauliflower and Potatoes
Finger licking' good prawn dish! :)
Steps

In a bowl, mix together the cauliflower florets, potatoes, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of turmeric powder.

Heat 4-5 tablespoons of mustard oil in a wok. Once the oil has heated up, reduce the flame to medium.

Add the florets and the potatoes. Sauté these vegetables till they are just about tender.

Remove these from the wok, and put aside.

Now to this empty wok, add the prawns. Fry till lightly browned. Remove from wok.

To the wok, now pour in 2 tablespoons of mustard oil. Heat it.

Add the chopped onion, and the ginger-garlic paste. Season with salt. Also add the remaining turmeric powder. Mix well.

After about 4 mins, add in the tomatoes. Sauté till tender, and till the oil starts to leave the masala.

Now add the fried veggies, along with the garam masala. Stir well.

Add water, and bring to boil. This will cook the veggies thoroughly.

Once the water has dried up, add sugar.

Finally add in the prawns. Pour in 1-2 tablespoons of oil if required.

Stir around till the gravy reaches a beautiful thick consistency. Add more salt or sugar if required.

The dish is ready! This goes best with plain rice.
