This is a very tasty Indo- Chinese recipe made with rice and vegetable as per your liking. It has really nice flavor of soya sauce and chilli sauce. I am sharing here my version of vegetable fried rice.

This is a very tasty Indo- Chinese recipe made with rice and vegetable as per your liking. It has really nice flavor of soya sauce and chilli sauce. I am sharing here my version of vegetable fried rice.
Steps

Take a pan, mix rice, water, 1.5 tsp salt

Boil it on medium heat, till water is completely evaporated

Take it off the stove and keep it aside

Take another pan, add oil and keep it on medium heat
- 5
Once oil is warm, add garlic and green chilli
- 6
Stir it for 30 seconds and then add broccoli, carrot, sweet corn, onion and capsicum

Stir it till the vegetables tenders a bit; it will take about 1.5 to 2 minutes

Add tomato ketch up, chilli sauce and soya sauce

Stir it continuously for 30 seconds

Add rice, salt and pepper powder

Mix it well and stir it for a minute

Vegetable fried rice is ready, garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot
