Ingredients

  1. 16 ozNeese's Liver Pudding
  2. 2 sliceRye Bread
  3. 1 sliceProvolone Cheese
  4. 2 mediumRomaine Leaves
  5. 1thin slice of Vidalia Onion
  6. 1/4 cupSauerkraut
  7. Sauce
  8. 1 tbspMayonnaise
  9. 1 tbspKetchup
  10. 1/2 tbspDill Pickle Juice
  11. 1/4 tspGround Black Pepper
  12. 2 pinchGround Red Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 500°F.

  2. 2

    Cut block of liver pudding into 8 equal slices. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until browned all over.

  3. 3

    Meanwhile, toast rye bread and place romaine and onion on bottom slice.

  4. 4

    Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl and spread evenly on top slice.

  5. 5

    Place two baked slices of liver pudding (while still hot) on top of romaine/onion. Top with provolone and sauerkraut. Place sauced slice of rye on top. Enjoy!
