Ready in 15 Minutes Using a Skillet Pork Stroganoff

I have looked at many recipes, and searched for ingredients that are not expensive.
I recommend making this dish on a busy day.
It's so easy. I don't have any hints in particular.
It'll be done in no time. Recipe by Jun Mama

Steps
- 1
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces, slice the onion thinly, and cut off the root end of the shimeji mushrooms and shred apart.
- 2
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet, sauté the pork, then add the onion and shimeji mushrooms.
- 3
Once the meat changes color, sprinkle in the flour and mix throughout. Once it is incorporated, add the water and the soup stock cube. Mix thoroughly.
- 4
Once it comes to a boil, add the ketchup and the Japanese Worcestershire sauce. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper, and simmer it for about 5 minutes.
- 5
Pour in the milk and the cheese (torn into small pieces), and mix it briefly. Sprinkle the chopped parsley on some cooked rice and pour the stroganoff on top, and it is done!
